District bylaws
The document which governs the operation of district Eighteen is the "Bylaws" All members should be aware of the contents of this document. Any questions regarding the way the squadron conducts business or makes policy decisions are regulated by the "Bylaws".
These bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of conference members present and voting at any regular or special meeting of the Conference provided any proposed amendments are stated in full in the notice of the meeting as required by 5.6 herein
